Lake Madison
LAKE MADISON
Lake Madison is one of the most beautiful spots at
Bridgewater. The lake area is connected to the
community’s extensive 10-mile system of trails and
sidewalks, so virtually every walker takes the loop
around the lake. The gazebo is a particularly
popular spot to watch the awe-inspiring sunsets
over the lake. Also adjacent to the lake is the
Freedom Park picnic pavilion area.
Fishing is also a big draw at Bridgewater. The lake
is fully stocked with a variety of fish. Residents are
often seen on the two docks enjoying catch and
release fishing. The activity is particularly popular
with the grandchildren.
The Landmark Lodge is close by, requiring only a
short walk through Freedom Park.
