Meet in the fitness center for a workout, switching between cardio equipment and weight machines. Sue will teach you how to use the exercise equipment and provide you with information on how to get the most out of your workout. This class is for beginners.

Fridays
9:45am – 10:30am
Meet in the fitness center for

The proper use of training machines is
taught, so there is no excuse for
missing this calorie blasting class!
