Welcome New Residents!
Whether you are new to the area or not, here is some helpful information for all who are new to Bridgewater.

Helpful Information about Your Neighborhood
Keycards
Homeowners are assigned keycards once they have closed on their home (maximum of 2 cards per home). These cards are required to enter the Lodge at all times. The keycards are used as proof of residency and to access the lockers in each locker room.
For safety reasons, do not mark your card with “Bridgewater” or “Landmark Lodge”.
Please make note that the cost to replace a lost keycard is a non-negotiable $25.00. If you lose your keycard, inform a member of the staff, so that your card can be de-activated and a new one can be issued.
Landmark Lodge staff is not permitted to allow access to the Lodge. Please make it a habit to always have your keycard for entrance.
Keycards are non-transferable and are only issued to qualified occupants of a unit. For clarification, if there is only one person living in a home, only one card is issued. The governing documents state one card per qualified occupant, not 2 cards per home.
Guests at the Landmark Lodge
All guests to the Landmark Lodge and any Bridgewater community amenities MUST be accompanied by a homeowner at ALL times and MUST sign in and out at the front desk.
Pool Guests: Each Member is allowed to bring 2 adult guests and a reasonable number of children from ages 3 to 18. A reasonable number is determined by the Lifestyle Director or Property Manager. If you are unsure what a reasonable number is, you should ask.
No guests are allowed to use the fitness room, machines, free weights, etc.
The fitness center is reserved for Members Only unless a GUEST PASS has been purchased.
GUEST PASSES are available for purchase in one month ($45) or two week ($30) increments.
Detailed information regarding guess passes and regulations are available via the Lifestyle Director.
