Homeowners are assigned keycards once they have closed on their home (maximum of 2 cards per home). These cards are required to enter the Lodge at all times. The keycards are used as proof of residency and to access the lockers in each locker room.
For safety reasons, do not mark your card with “Bridgewater” or “Landmark Lodge”.
Please make note that the cost to replace a lost keycard is a non-negotiable $25.00. If you lose your keycard, inform a member of the staff, so that your card can be de-activated and a new one can be issued.
Landmark Lodge staff is not permitted to allow access to the Lodge. Please make it a habit to always have your keycard for entrance.
Keycards are non-transferable and are only issued to qualified occupants of a unit. For clarification, if there is only one person living in a home, only one card is issued. The governing documents state one card per qualified occupant, up to a maximum of 2 cards per home.
